Neeltje van Horen is an international speaker and author who draws on neuroscience, psychology, and economics to help people understand how their brain shapes the way they think, feel, and respond  — at work and in life. Her book Ignite shows how small, science-based mental shifts can unlock meaningful and lasting change.

She is also a professor of financial economics at the University of Amsterdam and a senior research advisor at the Bank of England. Her research focuses on global finance, international banking, and how the financial system shapes the real economy.
