Neeltje organized a hugely insightful session for the senior executive women of Chief in New York. She distilled a complex body of work into clear insights that were simple for our audience to understand – which enabled a flurry of deeper questions and conversation across the room about the small daily behaviors we can practice to lighten our mental load. We've heard members reflecting on her talk days after the event. It was a deeply helpful reminder for many of us about the warning signs of burnout and how to overcome them using neuroscience-backed tools and techniques.
